  14. NOTE:    This one's good for taking on picnics and other outings as it keeps
  15.     well without refridgeration.  My mom always baked at least three at
  16.     a time due to high demand.

  18. **Exquisite Pie**

  20. 3  eggs
  21. 1 cup  sugar
  22. 3/4 stick  butter
  23. 1 tbsp  vinegar
  24. 1/2 cup  nuts (pecans)
  25. 1/2 cup  raisins
  26. 1/2 cup  coconut

  28. Cream eggs, sugar and butter.  Add other ingredients and put in unbaked pie 
  29. shell.  Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
